I’ve been practicing my sewing! After my pleasantly successful attempt at creating an envelope tablet case I decided to work on perfecting my zipper technique.

Using some more upholstery fabric samples I made a zippered pouch. I think I’ll just use it as a tablet pouch so I have a choice between a button or zipper closure.
Next I made a pouch for my toiletries. I managed to add a pocket/divider successfully, but mistakenly put the carry loop on the wrong side. Oh well, it is just practice anyway.

My next sewing adventure will be a matching set; 1 small pouch for my craft supplies and one larger one for a current crochet project. I always carry something with me because you never know when some spare time will pop up!

Just listed these pouches in a new section in my etsy store – https://www.etsy.com/shop/DesignsbyZula?section_id=13706358.
Think I’ll make a couple more before moving on to my next project. šŸ™‚

I get to crochet in the sun today!! My newest Wrist Pouches seem to be enjoying it too.
I also had to share the perfect craft bag. It’s a makeup bag I found in a pharmacy nearby. There’s plenty of room for my yarn, spaces to put my hooks and it fits into my handbag perfectly!
